7-Day Easy Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Please share your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address. Contact us for the return address — please do not ship items back without confirming with us first.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item in such cases.
