Welcome to Sasti Dukan. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return window: Within 7 days of delivery (counting from the day your order is marked delivered).
Eligible condition: Unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.
What’s not returnable: Opened cosmetics/health items, downloadable/activated electronics, customized items, perishable goods.
Refund method: Original payment method or store credit (your choice). Processing 3–7 business days after approval.
Return shipping: Buyer pays unless the product is defective, wrong item, or damaged on arrival.
Request: Email info@sastidukan.pk or WhatsApp +92 332 3031547 with your Order #, item name, and reason.
Approval & RMA: We’ll review and send you a Return Authorization (RMA) plus packing instructions.
Pack: Keep the item in its original box with all accessories/manuals, and place the RMA note inside.
Ship: Use a trackable courier. Share the tracking ID with us.
Inspection: Our QC team verifies the condition within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund/Exchange: If approved, we process your refund or ship the replacement.
Item is unused and undamaged.
All tags, stickers, protective films intact.
Includes original invoice/receipt.
Return raised within 7 days of delivery.
Tip: Keep the packaging and invoice until you’re sure you’re keeping the item.
Health & Beauty: Opened/used cosmetics, skincare, personal care items.
Electronics & Appliances: Items with activated software, registered warranties, or tampered seals.
Customized/Personalized goods.
Perishables (food, plants), intimate wear, and gift cards/vouchers.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
We’ll arrange a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Size/variant exchanges are possible if stock is available.
Exchange requests follow the same 7‑day window and eligibility rules.
Inspection: up to 48 hours after the item reaches us.
Processing: 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Bank transfer timelines may vary by bank; store credit is usually instant after approval.
Our error / defective item: We cover shipping.
Change of mind / wrong size: Customer covers shipping both ways (original shipping is non-refundable).
Returns accepted, but duties/taxes and international shipping are non-refundable.
Mark the parcel as “Customer Return” to avoid extra customs charges.

Q1. Can I return an opened item?
If the seal is broken or the item shows usage, it usually isn’t eligible, except for faulty electronics found on first use.
Q2. I lost the box—can I still return?
We need original packaging for most categories to process returns safely.
Q3. My refund is late.
After approval, banks can take up to 7 business days. If it’s longer, contact us—we’ll help.
