At Sasti Dukan, we deliver all across Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about shipping your order.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take 1–2 extra days. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS/WhatsApp message before your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee applies per order and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for FREE delivery nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Simply pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready and check your parcel at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number with you via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues

  • If our courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule.
  • Please provide a complete address with a nearby landmark and an active phone number to avoid delays.
